Vestas gears up in India

Vestas has erected the first V110 2MW turbine for a 46MW wind farm in Karnataka in India. The Danish manufacturer is responsible for delivery and installation of the 23 units. It will also provide a 15-year active output management service contract. The company will also provide Scada Vestas Business Online for the project.
