SKF India associates with Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, to offer WILP (Work integrated learning programmes) to their employees. the first batch of WILP candidates from SKFwas awarded the Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Design Engineering by BITS Pilani. WILP offers a unique opportunity to develop employees andbuild capability as an organization.
