SKF India associates with BITS Pilani to offer work integrated learning programs to selected employees

SKF India associates with Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani, to offer WILP (Work integrated learning programmes) to their employees. the first batch of WILP candidates from SKFwas awarded the Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Design Engineering by BITS Pilani.
WILP offers a unique opportunity to develop employees andbuild capability as an organization. SKF’s strength lies in being a solution provider anchored by the Knowledge of its talent. WILP offers a unique opportunity to SKF employed professionals to enhance their academic and technical qualification in various Engineering domainswhile empowering them to gain significant professional experience at SKF India. The curriculum is spread across 3 semesters of coursework through a set of 12 courses followed by a dissertation in the final semester. The instructions were given through online lectures and contact sessions at the industry premises.
