NTN Europe joins forces with OCP Maintenance Solutions to develop industrial predictive maintenance using AI

NTN Europe and OCP Maintenance Solutions, a deep-tech company specialising in predictive maintenance, announced a strategic partnership.  The aim is to support European manufacturers in improving the reliability, availability and performance of their equipment. Predictive maintenance: a strategic driver of industrial performance  By combining their expertise, the two companies offer a comprehensive approach to predictive maintenance. NTN Europe, through its SNR brand, brings its expertise in bearings, rotating equipment and industrial diagnostics. OCP Maintenance Solutions provides its technologies for machine monitoring, data analysis and artificial intelligence.

Turning data into operational performance  This alliance aims to transform equipment data into concrete actions for manufacturers in order to:  detect the risk of breakdowns at an earlier stage,  plan maintenance interventions more effectively,  minimise production downtime  optimise the performance of critical equipment.

A phased roll-out across Europe  The partnership will initially be rolled out in France before being gradually extended to other European markets. It builds on nearly a year of trials conducted on bearings, as well as on roll-outs already carried out in Morocco, Ivory Coast, Pakistan and India.
